  • On March 1, 2013 Officer Diaz conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of 6th Street. While conducting a field investigation, it was determined that the 56 year old male driver of the vehicle out of Magnolia was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed that the 43 year old passenger of the vehicle had several outstanding warrants. The driver was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and the passenger for the outstanding warrants. Both subjects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

 

  • On March 1, 2013 Officer Brown conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of Magnolia Blvd for expired registration. After making contact with the driver, who was identified as a 29 year old white male out of New Waverly, the officer learned that he had outstanding warrants out of Montgomery County. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

 

  • On March 2, 2013 at approximately 01:38 hours Officer Salmassi and Officer Garza were dispatched to the 523 Commerce St. in reference to a threat call. While conducting an investigation, a 38 year old white male out of Magnolia was arrested for interference with public duties. The male subject was transported to the Montgomery county Jail where he was booked without further incident.

 

  • On March 3, 2013 at approximately 0452 hours Officer Garza was dispatched to a theft past on Charlie St. After arriving at the reported location, Officer Garza met with the complainant and generated an offense report. This case was then forwarded to the Criminal Investigations Division.

 

  • On March 2, 2013 Officer Diaz and Officer Suarez conducted a traffic stop in the 18600 block of FM 1488. After initiating the traffic stop, officers learned that the 48 year old female driver of the vehicle was driving on a suspended license and also had an outstanding warrant. The female subject was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

 

 

 

 

 

  • On March 2, 2013 Officer Tullis conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Magnolia Blvd and Sanders St. for expired motor vehicle inspection. While conducting a field investigation, Officer Tullis learned that the driver of the vehicle had an outstanding warrant out of the Tomball Police Department. Officer Tullis also determined that the back passenger was in possession of a controlled substance and the front passenger was intoxicated on methamphetamine. The driver of the vehicle was released to Tomball PD and the passengers were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

 

  • On March 2, 2013 Officer Brown conducted a traffic stop in the 18600 block of FM 1488 for displaying expired registration. While conducting a field investigation, Officer Brown learned that the 27 year old black male driver out of Magnolia had an outstanding warrant out of Montgomery County. Officer Brown also found the 50 year old black male passenger to be in possession of marijuana. Both subjects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail where they were booked without incident.

 

  • On March 3, 2013 Officer Manzo conducted a traffic stop for defective headlamp. After initiating the traffic stop, Officer Manzo learned that the 33 year old Hispanic male driver did not have a valid driver’s license, nor did his vehicle have insurance. The driver of the vehicle was cited for no driver’s license and no insurance and released at the scene after his vehicle was towed.

 

  • On March 4, 2013 at approximately 1500 hrs Sgt. Silliman was flagged down in the 41100 block of FM 1774 in reference to a criminal mischief. After conducting a field investigation and identifying a 57 year old male as a suspect, Sgt. Silliman generated an offense report to be referred to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. The male subject was then released at the scene.

 

  • On March 4, 2013 at approximately 1448 hrs Sgt. Lopez was dispatched to the intersection of FM 1774 and FM 1488 in reference to a crash between a train and an 18-wheeler. After arriving at the reported location, Sgt. Lopez conducted a crash investigation and found that no injuries were reported.

 

  • On March 4, 2013 at approximately 2340 hrs Officer Garza was dispatched to McDonald’s restaurant located in the 18600 block FM 1488 in reference to a theft past. After arriving at the reported location, Officer Garza spoke with the complainant and generated an offense report to be forwarded to the Criminal Investigations Division.

 

  • On March 5, 2013 Detective Clack was dispatched the 18800 block of FM 1488 in reference to a motor vehicle accident. After arriving at the reported location, Detective Clack conducted a crash investigation and found that no injuries were reported.

 

  • On March 5, 2013 Officer Diaz conducted a traffic stop in the 18800 block of FM 1488. While conducting a field investigation, Officer Diaz found that the 53 year old male driver out of Hockley, Texas had identified himself using a fictitious name. The male subject was taken into custody for failure to identify as a fugitive and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
  • On March 5, 2012 Detective Clack was dispatched to the 18900 block of FM 1488 in reference to a theft in progress. After arriving at the reported location and initiating a field investigation, the complainant refused to cooperate and requested that no charges be filed against the suspect. A report was generated for information use only.
